We are a friendly group of people who believe in the Bible as the only authoritative source on matters of life and salvation, and in Jesus Christ as our Saviour. Our church building is located in the town of Alsager, in the South Cheshire countryside, and we gather for worship every Saturday afternoon at 3:16 pm. Why such an unusual hour? Well, the founders of the “Alsager Mission” believed in promoting the golden verse of the Bible in the Gospel of John, chapter 3, verse 16 and we still think this was a great idea:
“For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.” /John 3:16/
Did you know that the Bible has accurately predicted actual historical events? Have you heard that it contains valid scientific facts written thousands of years before they were discovered by science? We are living in very interesting times and see biblical prophecies on global events happening before our eyes! This remarkable book remains timely and relevant as it also provides invaluable advice on health, finances, marriage and relationships, parenting, coping with stress and many other aspects of practical living.
Come along and meet like minded people and friends who support and encourage one another in the challenges of life, seek and find answers in the Bible, and strive to make a positive change in the community.
